Fulham Target Surman Happy to stay a Saint?

The name of Andrew Surman has been one that has regularly been mentioned in the same sentence as transfer window and Fulham Football Club.

However, with the likes of Stoke and Reading also in the frame you`d have thought that cash-strapped Southampton would be inundated with offers!
Well not so!

It appears there have been no formal offers with Surman himself remarking,

'I don't want to be unsettled if there's no need to be,'

'If something happens it happens but, like I've said, I'm a Southampton player.
'I'm happy to be here and I'll keep doing my best for the team.'

But, as we all know there`s still the best part of ten days to go in this crazy time of the year and anything can still happen!

I honestly don't really mind if this guy comes or not. Hes a very good player but i can't see him adding too much to the team.
