Fulham - QPR Striker Dreams On!

Over the past few weeks several rumours have seen us linked with the Queens Park Rangers striker, Dextor Blackstock.

The striker, who is also apparently interesting West Bromwich Albion, has now scored 11 league goals this term as our local rivals seek to push for promotion to the elite league.

But, any plans to sign Blackstock, if the player has anything to do with it, seem doomed to failure with the striker remarking in a recent media interview with the QPR official site,

'It's nice to be linked with other clubs, but I'm not going anywhere. Hopefully I'll get promoted with QPR.'

Somehow I doubt it sunshine!

And as for signing another player from QPR, I`d prefer us to give it a miss after the Cook affair!

Yeah, I really wouldnt want another cook situation. I don't think blackstock is good enough for us anyway, i say we should steer clear.

"Somehow I doubt it sunshine". He knows he's only got to wait til next year when we're promoted! Bitter and twisted from those on the way down I would say.

"Doubt it sunshine" ... dont think so! Cant wait to pass you guys going down as we go up, is all i can say - and it'll be Dex's goals that get us there - you watch! You lot are just hacked off at wot happened with Lee Cook - as you admit in your article

I don't think we're going up this season or indeed Fulham down while Hodgson is in charge - Next season we shall see! All I can say is Dexter is making the right noises for QPR fans, I just hope his performances reflect his passionate words, which they undoubtedly haven't of late.
