Fulham - Murphy on Our Current Form!

Fulham - Murphy on Our Current Form!

Last Saturday represented a water-shed in our season.

The 2-1 FA Cup victory over Sheffield Wednesday saw Fulham register their first away win of the season thanks to a brace from Andrew Johnson.

The win proved to be well satisfying and it`s significance was not lost on Danny Murphy, who had this to say when questioned about the matter,

'It was nice to prove to ourselves we can win away from home!'

"But our performances at Anfield, Aston Villa and Tottenham had given us plenty of confidence anyway.'

'Our home form has made up for some bad performances on the road, one of those was against Blackburn, who come to us on Saturday, so it would be nice to put that right.'

It certainly would, three more points for Fulham at the Cottage please.

There's a suggestion our home form will get us into the UEFA Cup if we keep it up!
