Kettering - Banging the Drum!
Just who do this lot think they are?
Only a day after drawing us in the 4th round of the FA Cup, this little outfit are suggesting they can beat us!
What planet are they on?
It appears one of their goal heroes from their round three triumph over the mighty Eastwood Town, Gareth Seddon, is talking the talk when he remarks,
"To draw any Premier League team in the FA Cup is just brilliant - especially as we have them here."
"We have a good chance of beating them, too. It will be a very tough game and they won`t find the hostile atmosphere here easy to cope with."
"The perfect result will be a draw at our place and then beat them back in Fulham."
Is he serious?
Hostile atmosphere - a couple of farmers taking a few days off from playing with their sheep!
Bring them on, it`s time they were taught a lesson!

How hostile can 6000 be? I saw more than that in the local Tesco at Christmas. Still to be fair they have to talk it up don't they?

I'm not going to start counting my sheep or my chickens. After the Great Escape, I'm content if we keep our heads down and keep grinding out the positive results. No need to get even a Kettering more fired up than they already are.
