On the news front, today seems to be 'buy a keeper` day!
Looking through the various reports coming in, we find that we have a very competent keeper who wants to sign for us.
Stipe Pletikosa, who will be keeping goal for Spartak Moscow against Spurs this week, is viewing Craven Cottage as a good destination to further his career.
The Croatian, who has 70 caps to his name, has remarked
'My time at Spartak has been good but my wish is to play in English football. I hope there is a chance of playing for Fulham or another English club.'
Now I may have lost something whilst asleep or in a drunken stupor but have we ever shown any interest in this guy to prompt this seemingly irrational statement?

Seems we're also bein linked wid Carlos Kameni. I know schwarzer is gettin on a bit, but hes a brilliant goalie so i don't see wot all the speculation is about!
