'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Fulham - So What Did You Think?

I thought Stuart Atwell had a decent game!

I know he`s been slagged off by many but I thought he handled the spat between Pantsil and the Stoke player sensibly.

Sadly, the handball situation mentioned by Roy Hodgson in his post match interview isn`t something I can comment on as I`d nipped out to get something hot to drink.

Nevertheless , Roy had this to say about the incident,

'There's no doubt that it was a handball, but it's whether or not the referee adjudges it to be accidental or not.'

'It's quite amazing when you see some of the handballs that are given these days and when as clear a handball as that is not given it does make you wonder."

'We feel a bit aggrieved about that but to be honest we did enough during the ninety minutes in free-play to win the game, we should have had the game wrapped up even without the referee awarding that penalty.'

So, what`s the general consensus of opinion?

Was it a penalty?

Do these things even themselves out over the course of the season?

it was handball - he almost caught the ball :-)

Clearly the way the ball refelected it had to come off of his hand because frm tat angle the ball never would of reflected the way it did. Nd da other chance with AJ that was maybe not a penalty bt da ref or his assistants shuld of called it fr a foul.

Hand ball for me too, but we really should have won this game. I am not too disappointed as i was one of those that voted for the draw. I must also add that it was one of the most boring, unadventurous games i`ve had the misfortune to have to endure, i am only glad that i had some decent company on the train home, coupled with just a bit too much alcohole.

and sorry to say it but Pantsil should have walked for that dive!
