Bullard in New Deal Discussions!

Bullard in New Deal Discussions!

After his jollies with the England squad, the Bullard profile has increased significantly.

Whereas Fulham were content to ignore any talk of contract negotiations being held until nearer the completion of his current one, matters now seem to have changed.

Today it`s being reported, by various media vehicles, that talks are now ongoing to tie Jimmy to Craven Cottage for a significant period of time.

Regarding the matter, Roy Hodgson has remarked,

"In the beginning he was asked to show patience and wait until the end of this year."

"Negotiations have opened up and it`s an ongoing process."

"I`m sure we`ll see a solution in the near future but I don`t want to be put on the spot over the time frame. In terms of his long term future at the club, you don`t want to lose your best players."

Good news all round I`d say!
