It`s Not Elementary My Dear Watson?

It`s Not Elementary My Dear Watson?

With January fast approaching rumours about who Fulham could be signing are fast emerging.

One rumour that has appeared in 'The Sun` this morning is that we could be on the verge of signing the Crystal Palace midfielder, Ben Watson.

The rumour even goes on to suggest that we could pick him up on the cheap for a mere £500,000 beating off the challenge of local rivals, Queens Park Rangers.

Here at Vital Fulham we`re currently baffled as to why Palace, who are in with a chance of promotion would want to sell him so cheaply.

Anyone got any ideas?

He's in the last few months of his contract and won't sign another one. They tried to sell him to Nottingham Forest so that they could sneak Prince Harry into the team with no-one noticing -- but he wouldn't go. He is actually not a bad young player.
