Bullard - Rehashed or New News?

Flicking through the Sunday rags this morning, this little gem jumped out at me!

I say little gem because the quotes attributed to Jimmy Bullard are everything we want to hear.

See below,

'I'd love to stay.'

'I've got 18 months on my current deal but I'm in talks with the club and hope to get it sorted.

'I love the club and they have been brilliant for me. But I was injured for 16 months so I know how quickly things can go wrong.'

I say everything we wanted to hear but those quotes seem awfully similar to those printed several months ago and would contradict the vibes coming out of Craven Cottage that suggest talks are on hold until the end of the season.

Anyone got any views?

Rehashed. I saw him say those words in an interview with the Sky sports at 2:45pm before the Newcastle game at home. This was the same interview where he found out that Hodgson had said he was not happy with performances since the England Call-up.
