'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Travelling to Liverpool?

No! It`s not a corny article about keeping hold of your hub-caps or your car radio; it`s much more serious than that!

It`s about the best way to get to Anfield, so read on….

If you are going by car from the south, leave the M6 at Junction 21A and turn on to the M62. Continue along to the end of the motorway, before turning right on to the A5058. After about four miles turn left on to the A58, Walton Lane. After passing Stanley Park turn left into Anfield Road and Anfield is on your right.

If you`re prepared to let the train take the strain, the nearest station is Kirkdale, about a mile from the ground. The main station in Liverpool, Lime Street, is about three miles from the ground.

Happy travelling!

your wheels and stuff will still be attached to the car after the game......its easier to pinch the whole car these days....!!!

take the official transport - it's a lot safer although this advice is probably too late regards tomorrow!
