Johnson - It Was a Fair Challenge?

Newcastle began their journey north after the defeat on Sunday with Joe Kinnear whinning on about the referee.

As the party approached the outskirts of Newcastle he wa sprobably still going on about what he defined as a dubious penalty decision given by Martin Atkinson.

The words - 'Johnson committed a blatant foul` - will probably surface for several days yet until Joe fond something elese to moan about.

As for Andrew Johnson, he`s summed it up perfectly by stating,

'It was shoulder to shoulder. He went down but the referee didn't give it.'

We`d like to add the fact that he went down something like a girls blouse did that bar-code defender!
