'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Pantsil Remains Confident

After failing to crack that away hoodoo at Goodison Park last weekend, the attention turns to the small matter of Newcastle, at Craven Cottage this weekend.

One player sure to start, unless he picks up an injury between now and Sunday; is John Pantsil.

Ahead of the clash, Pantsil has poured scorn on the implication that we face a long, hard battle to stave off relegation this season, remarking,

"We believe in ourselves and at the end of the season you will find us in a much better position. We`ll be in the top ten or in the middle of the table."

Hopefully the Craven Cottage cult hero will be right!
