Fulham - That Centre Back Duo!

Fulham - That Centre Back Duo!

The late loss to Everton, on Saturday, wasn`t something we deserved.

As well as creating several clear cut chances, our defence put on a good performance and in our man-of-the-match poll, it was the defensive duo of Brede Hangeland and Aaron Hughes who dominated the voting.

In the end , it was Hughes who emerged the victor with of the vote to the 14% Hangeland polled.

Talking about their defensive partnership, Brede had this to say about his partner and their roles together,

"I think we have a great partnership."

"Aaron is a very intelligent defender and a great footballer."

"We put in a lot of work on the training ground and you can see that the partnership is getting better as each game passes."

Now all we need are a few goals at the other end.
