Fulham - Is Defending The Key to Success?
Success breeds confidence, it doesn`t take a brain scientist to work that one out.
As we head towards Goodison Park with an unbeaten run of two games under our belt (I know I`m an optimist!) our club captain Danny Murphy has emphasised the fact, in an interview with the media, of the necessity to string together a few results,
'We know how important this week is in terms of putting ourselves on the Premier League map.'
'Another couple of results will set us up nicely for the rest of the season, so we want to make sure we continue with a. the level of performance and staying unbeaten."
'I think at this level if we defend well and don't concede many goals, then the way we play our football, chances will come.'
So is that the recipe for success against Everton?
Should we defend resolutely and then hope we can nick a goal?
