Hodgson and Redknapp Blue Print?
I had to smile this morning.
There I was sat watching the 'Great South Run` - the reason why Fulham kick off at the ludicrous time of 17:00 hours this afternoon - when I stumbled across a few quotes from the Fulham governor, Roy Hodgson.
Talking about Fulham`s opponents this afternoon, he offered this praise,
"Portsmouth are a perfect example. Three years ago they were fighting relegation and even before that down in the Championship, and now look at them in the UEFA Cup."
Naturally, he was discussing the blueprint Harry Redknapp had created for the south-coast club but, in the light of events last night, he omitted to mention the last line of the Redknapp mantra,
"Then dump the buggers and flee to London."
