Hodgson Rules Out Beckham Swoop

Hodgson Rules Out Beckham Swoop

With Beckham`s move to AC Milan not quite 100% certain, Roy Hodgson has cheekily ruled out a Fulham move for the much vaunted Beckham.

Speaking ahead of the trip to Portsmouth, Roy had this to say regarding Beckham and a possible move to AC Milan whilst also ruling out a late Fulham swoop.

'I'm sure he will fit in well (at Milan), it's an interesting signing."

'Players who earn the sort of money that David Beckham's earning and have played at the level he's playing at, I'm not sure it's the right suggestion that we should be looking to improve our play in that way.'

Oh well, we can all but dream.
