Ince Rules Out Pedersen Fulham Move.

Earlier this month it was reported that Fulham were possibly interested in signing the Blackburn player, Morten Gamst Pedersen.

Pedersen has looked out of sorts at Ewood Park lately and was omitted from the Blackburn squad that played Bolton recently.

So was the omission a sign that Pedersen no longer features in the Blackburn Rovers managers plan?

Well no!

Paul Ince has stepped forward and put Pedersen`s absence down to the fact he was away on international duty and confirmed, on the official Blackburn site, that Pedersen is still in his plans,

'Morten had been away with Norway, he played against Holland, played against Scotland, but I just felt that the way the game was, that it wasn't the type of game for him.'

'The good thing about this team now is that we've got twenty players that you can pick from. Players are going to be left out and players will be on the bench.'

Back to the drawing board then I guess.

I think to be honest guys that Morten has had it easy at rovers for too long now. The fact he was dropped and Treacy and Villanueva can play in his spot means that he no longer can take for granted he will play eveyr week.

surely if a players form drops and you have other players in these position he will get dropped , so if this player is spitting the dummy he can stay at blackburn

Shame, would add more width to our midfield!

feel he's a bit lightweight myself - we need some midfield muscle to rough teams up!
Al Billy
still a good player though!
