Thanks Fulham - You Did It So Well!

Thanks Fulham - You Did It So Well!

The unveiling of the Johnny Haynes statue was a wonderful moment.

Indeed, the manner in which it was conducted was indicative of what a fine club we have the pleasure to support.

From the moment Mr Al Fayed and the late Johnny`s wife did the honours, to the way previous legends were paraded to the moment the team walked out with the mascots bedecked in replica #10 Haynes shirts showed that, when required, we have that touch of class several other clubs only purport to have.

On behalf of Vital Fulham, I`d like to offer my thanks, and congratulations, to all those concerned.

Yes, i was at the front, behind the legends that once wore our colours, we were even handed old style black and white scarves to don for this great occasion, a great unveiling and a statue befitting of the great man. Well done to all concerned.
