'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Murphy the Fulham Diplomat

Is it positive spin or is it the truth, I`ll let you decide.

Following our fifth game without a win, our fifth game without a goal from open play, Danny Murphy has opted for the political approach when it comes to describing our current situation, commenting,

'I believe we have plenty of cause to do so. If we were being completely overwhelmed or outplayed in matches then it would be a different story - but that isn't the case.

'I think the way we have been playing in games recently is as good as in the games we have won.

'If we keep performing somewhere near that level and keep creating chances then we will start winning games and putting points on the board.'

So, what the verdict does he get your vote?

Is he telling it as it really is or is it, in true political style, a little off kilter?

Your thoughts please!

haha, I agree, we aint been playing that poorly and outside the top 4 we have conceded the least in the prem. There is just a few things that need tweaking. We have the makings of a very good team.
