Fulham - It`s a Goal Drought!

After failing to hit the net yesterday our season appears to be floundering on the fact that we just cannot score goals from open play.

The statistics show that it is now five games since we scored from open play, a very worrying statistic, even more so when you consider that Roy Hodgson has spent a fortune on strikers with his current front two costing circa £15 million.

But should we be laying the blame at their feet or should we be looking elsewhere?

Striker`s reputations are made on converting chances so are we creating enough chances, or is our midfield being stifled by those we`ve played against?

They`re a couple of interesting questions that perhaps you could make a few comments on.
