Fulham Target Blackburn Player?

Several tabloids today linked us with a move for Blackburn Rovers Morten Gamst Pedersen.

If the stories are right, Pedersen is a little fed up of constantly being substituted by Paul Ince and could be looking to move on during the January transfer window.

Gamst who was signed from the Norwegian side Tromso, is also being stalked (if that`s a suitable word) by Middlesbrough and West Bromwich Albion.

We suspect that if a deal is in the pipeline that whoever buys Pedersen will have to fork out a lot more than the £1.5 million Blackburn paid for him!

Would he be a good buy?

Has been way off what he can be for about two seasons now. TBH I reckon if we sold him he would do well at his new club for about 18 months or so and then disappear like he did at Rovers, then again I don't want to see him leave.

i reckon he's too lightweight for us!

what has gone wrong with this lad?
Putney
If Pederson was interested in a move there would be a queue of teams after him. Very undervalued -- as in a bargain!!

Putney, who knows? Some feel that when Bentley was at rovers he pedersen was no longer the main man and his confidence took a hit. Also as bents took all the free kicks he didnt get a chance to shine but to be honest he went from being a consistent goal threat and good crosser of the ball to a winger wh is good at tracking back but who has lost all his match winning or changing attributes and its sad to see. He didnt even make the benc yesterday for the Bolton game.

Liked him a great deal a few seasons back and perhaps he needs a change of scenery after going quiet recently.
