Jimmy on the Soccer AM Sofa (1)

Jimmy on the Soccer AM Sofa (1)

Now that was a pleasant surprise.

After being enticed out for a drink, well several really, by Al Billy, I was a little late getting up this morning.

Settling into my comfy chair I put on Soccer AM, now I`m of the opinion that it`s gone downhill since Lovejoy left but, when there`s naff all else on, it can be quite a laugh.

Watching, I could, between blurry, booze affected vision, make out the familiar figure of Jimmy Bullard on the sofa.

Tuning in the ears, through the thump, thump, thump of a dreadful headache, I listened intently as Jimmy went on about his passion for sport.

As well as being an ace footballer and a keen fisherman, he`s also a bit of a golfer.

In fact, he reminded those who present the programme, of a challenge he issued last time he was on.

Jimmy, and three others at Fulham, are prepared to play any four players, from any other club, at golf, and they are insistent that they will not be beaten.

Now, I wonder if anyone is prepared to take up the challenge this time around!

If so, let`s hope Sky show us the outcome!
