You Are Worried It Was Another False Dawn

Our latest poll, in a week when news has been so slow we`ve almost dropped off to sleep, we asked if, like us, you were worried our good start to the season was nothing more than another false dawn.

From loitering in the upper reaches of the table we`ve plummeted towards our natural habitat, the dreaded bottom.

Four defeats on the trot have disturbed the equilibrium and now we`re only too aware of what may lie ahead.

It`s a scenario that the majority of you share with us.

An enormous 70% of you are worried that our great start was the another false dawn as opposed to a mere 4% who didn`t dare entertain that very thought.

As for the remaining 20%, they were quite content to sit on the fence and declare it was early days yet.
