Pay Tribute to Johnny - He Deserves It!

Pay Tribute to Johnny - He Deserves It!

Next Saturday promises to be a monumental event!

As well as trying to get our season back on track with a win over the Wearsiders, we`re informed by those in charge at Craven Cottage that the official unveiling of the much awaited Johnny Haynes statue will also take place.

The unveiling is scheduled to take place at 12:45 and the official site is suggesting that anyone who wishes to go along to see the unveiling will be most welcome.

Apparently, the unveiling will be carried out in the presence of such illustrious people as Mohammed Al Fayed, Avril Haynes, Tosh Chamberlain and other famous names associated with our club.

So, why not forsake a pint or two and come and watch an historic event taking place and pay homage to, probably, the greatest player ever to don our illustrious shirt.
