Fulham - Gera Will Get Barracked?

This Saturday we travel to the Hawthorns to play West Bromwich Albion.

It`ll be the first time Zoltan Geras has returned to his former stamping ground since his acrimonious departure whereby he didn`t sign a new contract with West Brom, instead deciding to move south.

It`ll be interesting to see what kind of reception he gets.

Will he be well received after helping West Brom gain promotion or will he be subjected to a hail of abuse?

Ahead of the clash, one of his former team mates, Robert Koren, has pleaded with the West Brom fans for leniency remarking,

"It is difficult to say how the supporters will react to Zoltan as he hasn`t been gone long."

"But he was a good guy who didn`t get involved in playing strange games with the fans or with anybody at the club."

"He thought it was the best thing for him to join Fulham. I think we all need to move on and we wish him all the best."

"Zolly leaving and Curtis Davies leaving was different. Curtis did a great job for the club but the way he left meant it was difficult for him and the fans. For Zolly, it`s not that kind of problem.'

Now we`re not sure about the Curtis reference, in fact we couldn`t give two hoots, however, our money is on Zoltan getting a rough ride on Saturday, it`s what football fans do isn`t it?
