'If It's Football, It's Vital'

It was a 6 or 7 but no Higher!

After the defeat to West Ham, a defeat I`ll continue to re-iterate we didn`t deserve, I couldn`t resist sticking a poll up asking you to vote on how many out of ten you thought our performance deserved.

On a personal level, I`d have put it in the six or seven category, (perhaps I should have inserted a six and a half option) and that was how most of you obviously felt with 19% of you voting for 6 out of 10 and also 7 out of 10.

Some of the other results were a little startling, with 15% only giving it 1 out of 10, a little harsh considering that if it wasn`t for that mad two minute spell at the end of the first half we`d have, I`m convinced, won.

Similarly, I find it hard to agree with the 13% who went for the 2 out of 10 option of the 8% who went for the 3 or 4 out of 10 options.

But, those who went for 8 out of 10, 11%, must surely have been of the West Ham variety extracting the urine.

That is unless I`ve gauged it wrong and you feel like a debate?

those who gave it a 1 are blind or dumb, probably both - the lads gave their all in that second half!

on another day we'd all be smiling at a great win but it wasn't to be was it!
Putney
a man down and we beat them in the second half the first half we played well but lost concentration in the last 5 mins

Sorry - I'm frustrated.

I'd tend toward the lower scores. How can that game rate a 6 or 7 with such a huge lapse even though it was for only a brief period. Matches are 90 minutes long and until our boys decide to play the whole game we will continue to be disappointed.
acrossthepond
how can we rate a game 6 or 7 when we lose i couldnt care if we were out played for 89 minutes and win, playing well and being in the bottom five does nothing for me
dan the man
last season we let in so many late goals
