'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Fulham Youngster Goes All Posh

Earlier this month we reported how our young defender Gabriel Zakuani had agreed to join Peterborough on loan.

At the time the youngster was playing international football for the Congo and actually signing the forms was a logistical nightmare.

Now we can report that the deal has been done and that Gabriel will remain at London Road until the end of December.

Darren Ferguson, who watched his leaky defence let in four goals, at home, on Saturday had this to say about his latest addition,

"Gabriel is a great addition to the squad."

"He is a big, powerful defender who played 20 games in The Championship last season and will certainly bring something different.

"It gives us good options at the heart of the defence and I am delighted to have him on board."

Here at Vital Fulham we`d like to wish the youngster well.
