Healy Not in Sunderland Starting Eleven.

After leaving Fulham to join Sunderland and bleating on about how he`d be looking forward to life in the north-east, David Healy was in for a bit of a shock today.

He wasn`t afforded a first team starting place but had to be content with a place on the bench as Sunderland pulled off a surprise 2-1 win at White Hart Lane.

Should have stayed at Fulham mate!

I think that it's obvious how to make him brilliant in the PL. Let him play with a Northern Ireland shirt under his team's shirt and watch the difference...

Can't say I'm too surprised to be honest! Now they've got Cisse aswell he's gonna struggle to get into that team
jackbarendse
Cisse is a good signing for Sunderland, if he stays fit of course. I reckon Sunderland are going to do very well this season. Healy is old news, he's a bench player in the premier league whichever club he goes to other than the newly promoted ones
donfulham
perhaps the bench is warmer up north!
Al Billy
Shame he can't make it in the prem. He has such a fantastic finish, not much else though so £2million for him was a great deal
oranje_emu
ino the lad s famous n prolific for scoring for his own country but at the end of the day he somehow found it more difficult to score at club level so it s better to move on. also he s not any younger n it s not a gd idea for us to loan him out. sh'd be a gd deal done for us anyway
genuch
Healy doesn have enough pace 4 the prem so i don evn want him in r team, im frm N.I an i dont no how he scors so many
