Cardiff After Fulham`s Johnson?

After being purchased during the January transfer window, our American striker, Eddie Johnson, hasn`t made the impact we all hoped he would.

Also, following the recent signings, for big money, of Andy Johnson and Bobby Zamora, the American has fallen further down the pecking order.

Today, the Sunday People are reporting that Eddie could well be on the move with Dave Jones, at Cardiff, ready to offer Fulham £1 million for his services.

If true, should we take their offer with a polite smile and bid him farewell or will he eventually come good?

I think 1 million would be a lot for him, so I'd sell. EJ has pace but his touch is awful and he tends to run around a bit like a headless chicken. I know he's young but he doesn't look like a Premiership player from what we've seen of him

I think a loan is more likely

Loan him and see what he can do. Too raw for even our bench at present. Concentrate coaching effort on the last season/chance for CJ

loan
Mr. Ploppy
so come on chaps was he lined up by Sanchez or was he a Hodgson signing?
Al Billy
neither. was a mcnally player

Makes sense to loan him out, see if he can make good, don`t forget that once Boa used to run around like a headless chicken, in fact i remember Mullers saying "get rid of him"at that time. Loan E.J. out and let`s see if he can learn and become prem. material.
martintheveg
give EJ a bit more time he is certainly a lad with potential

I say give him a chance! Loan him out and then give him a chance! lord knows Collins Johns had enough chances for 5 eddie johnsons!

I've said all along that EJ is way over his head in the EPL. He is young and getting no playing time is not going to help him. Let him move on. I can't see him even getting on the bench this season for Fulham.
