'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Keller Signs For Seattle.

Here at Vital Fulham we'd like to wish our former keeper, Kasey Keller, every success in his new career in America.

Keller, who played an admirable part in keeping us up last season, left Craven Cottage to return to the USA and has joined the MLS's newest club, Seattle.

Seattle are the fifteenth member of the MLS but not until 2009. Therefore, there is the distinct possibility that Kasey could be loaned out to another MLS club until Seattle make their bow.

Strangely enough, despite being scheduled to make their bow in 2009, the Seattle Sounders only have one other player on their books, therefore there may be another role awaiting Kasey, that of recruiting the other squad members.

Whatever happens we're sure that Kasey will make a fine acquisition and will give value for money.

Once again, we here at Vital Fulham would like to thanks Kasey for the part he played in keeping us in the Premier League last season, one of the unsung heroes of the great escape.
