Pandiani in weak Fulham Link!

With the season fast approaching, the Daily Mirror has cobbled together a little rumour about Fulham being interested in buying the former Birmingham City striker, Walter Padiani.

The Uruguayan, now thirty two years of age, is currently playing for the Spanish outfit Osasuna and we're fairly positive that the link to our club is purely speculative.

In fact it appears that the Mirror has simply latched on to a quote from the Osasuna president, Patxi Izco, who has apparently remarked,

'English clubs have been asking after him.'

With Bobby Zamora and Andrew Johnson already signed and with healthy competition in the shape of Erik Nevland, Eddie Johnson and David Healy waiting in the wings, I'd imagine another striker is the last thing on Roy's mind.

This has to be a wind-up, surely we don't need to chase another striker?
Edens
he was poor at Brum so we don't need him or want him - full stop!

I reckon it's pure tabloid garbage!

I think its rubbish too. I still reckon we should be looking for another quality centre half

He's pants. Wouldn't be impressed with that signing. Plus, he's cost us 20-30k a week!!
