Fulham - Stoor to Sign Next Week!

The apparently never-ending chase to sign the Rosenborg right back, Fredrik Stoor appears to be coming to a close.

We understand the Swede is coming to Craven Cottage, for a fee in the region of 1.5 million, but that the deal has been put on hold until next week.

If we read the situation right, Rosenborg want Steer to play in their Intertoto Cup match this Sunday.

The match is obviously important to the Norwegian team as their media chief, Nils Haldel, has tried to disguise the signing by remarking,

'Talks have been held. But nothing will be finalised until after Sunday's Intertoto Cup match.'

Who does he think he's kidding?

It's a done deal!

Just read the following quote attributed to the Rosenborg Sporting Director, Erik Hoftun,

"We are agreed on the details of the transfer. We will wait until after next weekend`s game but then the likelihood is that he will be a Fulham player."

I'll be looking forward to seeing this bloke in a Fulham shirt! RH's first choice right back is in place then. I just hope they don't get rid of Volzy, I'll be gutted if he leaves

its closer to 2million.

So where does Pantsil fit in then? I thought he was a right back??
Jossmyth
apparently he is a right back but can also play in the middle, I think Paintsil is backup rather than first choice
