Fulham - Another Striker in the Frame?

The list of strikers Fulham have been linked with today just got a little longer.

Setanta Sports are implying that a possible target is a gentlemen going by the name of Fernando Llorente.

Llorente, a striker with Athletic Bilbao scored eleven goals in La Liga last season and his form has been sufficient for him to suggest that we`ve made an offer for him.

At twenty-three years of age he had this to say about our supposed offer,

"There has been a real offer, but nothing happened"

"It`s from Fulham."

"I`m very happy here, I`m improving. This year is to see if we continue here, but I`m comfortable."

"There`s room for me to improve here."

Sadly the here implies Bilbao so we`ll put this one down in the pure speculation category!
