Fulham - Hodgson - More Signings To Come?

Things are settling down nicely, we`ve played two friendly games, against varied quality of opposition, and we`ve won them both.

Usually it would be a prompt to sit back and relax but Roy Hodgson doesn`t work like that, Roy is looking for continuous improvement whilst also looking around to see who could add that vital something to his squad.

We may already have signed Andranik Teymourian, Zoltan Gera, David Stockdale and Mark Schwarzer but you get the impression that there could be more to come.

After the 3-1 victory over Celtic, Roy spoke about possible future additions to the squad and remarked,

'There won't be many more signings but we haven't ruled out bringing in a couple more in key positions to help us out."

'We've done quite a few things already and I'm very pleased with what we've done."

'We're looking at another striker and flirting with the idea of a defensive midfield player."

'We may also need some cover at centre-back because we're fairly light in that area. If we resolve those three situations we will have a strong squad.'

We`ll see just who surfaces then shall we!
