Second Hammer in Fulham Link!

As if the proposed move of Bobby Zamora to Fulham wasn`t enough to chew over, we`ve also been given the green light to talk to another West Ham United player.

The player in question is John Pantsil.

Pantsil, if you didn`t already know, is a defender who previously played for Maccabi Tel Aviv.

He`s also a Ghanaian international who impressed those who watched the World Cup in Germany in 2006.

He`s a versatile defender who can play at right back, central defence or even left back.

Unfortunately, Pantsil had difficulty breaking into the West Ham first team playing a paltry four games last season.

West Ham paid a fee that could reach £1 million for the player but on the back of his appearance record of last year; Fulham may pick him up a lot cheaper than that as West Ham look to trim their wage bill.

Possible good buy or possible dud?

He seems to be loved by the WHU fans. I remember watching them when they came to the cottage and Paintsil got a huge cheers for the fans when he was warming up on the sideline. He seems to be a useful player

If we buy him I can't see him playing that much.
