Fulham - £250 to Spare Guv?
West London is without doubt an affluent place!
So, if you have some serious cash stacked away in your bank account, a new package, announced by Fulham Football Club, might seem very appealing to you.
Christened the Harrods and Premier League experience you can, for the sum of £250 enjoy a unique experience, an experience highlighted on the official site as creating your ultimate match-day package.
What you get for your money is a bus ride to Harrods where you will sample a Champagne Reception followed by a luxury three course buffet in the famous Georgian Restaurant being entertained by a pianist before boarding the bus for the return trip to Craven Cottage, complete with match-day programme.
So if you`re tempted, contact the club but we must warn you that it is only available for two home fixtures, the games against Arsenal and Chelsea.
On a personal level, I`ll save my £250 quid and use it to travel around the country supporting my team in all weathers, sitting in cramped seats since they took my beloved terraces away!

Why were Spurs fans (probably the most affluent in the country) told to come and read this? It's quite interesting, but I don't see how it's supposed to annoy me/us... Before someone scoffs at my statement, please remember we are THE wealthiest club in Europe, never to have played in the Champions League and one of the 15 wealthiest clubs in Europe on paper. I hope Fulham stay up again next season, it's nice having a fixture in a nice part of town. I always felt sorry for our visiting away fans a WHL! Stupid one-way system and bloody horrible area. At least we know we'll be in the top flight for a while and be able to attract decent players though! 8-X
