Fulham - Johnson for £5 million?

Fulham - Johnson for £5 million?

Apparently we have failed in a £5 million bid for Andy Johnson!

However, this is according to the Daily Mail! Even though the ex-Crystal Palace man is renowned for diving you have to admit he does score a lot of goals! But is this really the sort of striker we should be looking for?

I remember when John Carew failed a medical with us a few seasons back, I feel this is the sort of striker we should be going for.

Maybe Hangeland upfront, I`m sure he's good in the air!!!

Shame Carew didn't sign! Would have been good! I'd rather have Kitson tbh.

Wow! If this is true (and I trust the Daily Mail for accuracy about as far as I could throw their offices) this shows the right level of ambition that we all want the club to demonstrate. You couldn't be disappointed with someone like AJ joining! Especially if you brought in Kitson as well. I'd be happy with that.

It doesn't sound a lot when QPR have apparently offered £12 million
