Finnan Return Plans Dashed!

Any plans that Fulham had of looking to Steve Finnan returning to Craven Cottage have been dashed.

With rumours circulating, several weeks ago now, that Finnan night become available as Rafa Benitez sough to manipulate his squad have been quashed by the player himself.

Finnan has come out and stated that he has no desire to leave Anfield and is prepared to stay and battle it out for a first team place.

His loss not ours I'd say!

let him stay - we don't want Craven Cottage becoming a retirement home!

shame though, do what does RH have up his sleeve to fill the right back slot if we're not taking Stalteri on and we're letting Volz leave?

Well said Fulham Badger. Finnan is going to miss yet another relegation struggle in favour of Champions Lge football. Oh yeah definately his loss.

more chance of winning the Prem with us though! When did Cesspool last win the PL?

fulham badger - thats a silly way to talk too a fan of the most successfull club in england ;). i live in london apart from liverpool i do follow fulham as i only live 20mins from there. i really really hope al tightass gives the manager some real cash to spend and make sure you keep jimmy b otherwise its goodbye to the prem for u lot. i hope he pulls he finger out so u boys can turn things around. anyway back to finnan i think if he does go then i think he will return home to you lot. he was a great servent for you lot and i think he will be again but not just yet ;).. good luck for the new season.
