Bocanegra - Bound for France!

Down here at the Vital Fulham residence, a love boat on the River Thames, we`re pleased to see that Carlos Bocanegra has got himself a new club.

Told he can leave by Fulham, the American international will be crossing the channel to play in French football with Rennes.

The consensus of opinion, on our love-boat, was that Fulham should have held onto the popular player for another season.

However, it is Roy Hodgson`s prerogative to wheel and deal and if Roy sees Carlos as surplus to requirements then, after that magnificently successful survival fight last season, we`ll back him all the way.

Instead we`ll merely wish Carlos every success at his new club and hope that one day he sees f to return to Craven Cottage so we can all give him the send-off he deserves.

Good luck Carlos from all at Vital Fulham!
