Yet Another Striker Link!

After missing out on Harewood and Elmander The Mirror have been quick to link us to another target.

According to the reports Fulham are plotting a £2.5million move for the Reading forward Dave Kitson.

Most of Roy's signings this summer will come from abroad, but he wants to keep an English spine to his side.

A striker is top of Hodgson's priorities, following the departure of Brian McBride, and Kitson is now heading the wanted list.

I have always rated Kitson, ever since the days I saw him play for Cambridge United. He has been a constant goal scorer (54 goals in 135 apps. 12 of those in Readings 2 seasons in the premiership, however in the first season he made less than 10 apps due to an openinng day injury and he finshed the season with 2 goals) and does carry the 'target man' tag.

He's being linked with a lot of clubs of late.

Like I've said I like Kitson, but i also thinks we should look at Boyd, his goal scoring record is very impressive!

Fulham Badger
mis-quoted i think
oranje_emu
he'll do for us if he can stay fit - Prem experience and an eye for a goal or two!
Al Billy
his injury was a result of a terrible injury if I remember correctly
oranje_emu
he would be a great signing , though a lack of goals
