Transfer Rumour Watch

Transfer Rumour Watch

According to the Daily Mail Fulham are chasing Tottenham defender Pascal Chimbonda.

Chimbonda has been told he can leave Tottenham for £2million. The report continues to suggest Aston Villa, Fulham and Rangers are monitoring the right back's situation.

His agent Willie McKay said: 'Pascal hopes to get his future sorted soon.'

I believe this would be a good signing. He is quick, strong and enjoys joining the attack, could this be the reason Stalteri didn't stay?

Fulham are reported to be interested in AC Milan defender Dario Simic.

The Croatia international is ready to leave Milan after Euro2008 and Fulham have been linked with the 32 year-old, along with Celtic and Galatasaray.

This seems to be an annual link for us! Still a good defender but too old, and I assume, slow. I guess it would be a free transfer.

A host of clubs are queuing for Liverpool goalkeeper Charles Itandje.

The Frenchman has been linked with Portsmouth and Fulham; while back home he has Lille and Le Mans keen to speak with him.

Pure rubbish in my eyes with Schwarzer and Stockdale already signed I can't imagine we would want any more goalkeepers.

Fulham have been reported to have matched Wigan Athletics` £5 million offer for Marseille striker Djibril Cisse.

Cisse, 26, wants to return to England after two years at Marseille and his Welsh wife and young family have already moved back.

Would be a good signing, but I am afraid this will probably not end up happening.

Ipswich are after Kasey Keller.

Paul Scharner has suggested he is not willing to push for a move from Wigan Athletic despite being linked with a move to Fulham. However he might not have much of an option as Steve Bruce is thought to be considering a swap for Spanish club's target Bouazza.

Scharner would be a very good addition, and after he completed his surgery is reported to be up to 30% better once the season begins! I still think we should try to keep Bouazza but this would be a good deal.

They are just rumours but any catch your eye? Will any of these happen?

Chimbonda and Cisse... dream transfers if they happen. Quality rightback and just what we need up front! Can't see either happening but maybe Roy will work his magic?
