Stalteri Linked With Jol Return!

Stalteri Linked With Jol Return!

The announcement some days ago that resulted in Paul Stalteri being allowed to return to Spurs, after being on loan at Fulham, surprised a few of us.

At the time, it was suggested that Stalteri might return on a permanent basis. Well it would now appear that any chance of that happening is receding by the minute.

The tabloids are reporting this morning that Stalteri is wanted by his former boss, Martin Jol.

Jol is now the manager of Hamburg and is looking to recruit for next season.

Shame that, I thought Stalteri done a decent enough job under very difficult circumstances.

Always knew Jol would do right by Spurs! Seen somewhere he might be keen on Tainio too. I wonder if he'd be interested in paying top dollar for a few more!

I liked Junior too! He is a definite future star! Need a bit more work but would be a better option than Baird!

Whatever happened to Volzy? I think he's been overlooked! He's at least better than Baird, so with Stalteri gone he should try and prove himself to Roy.
