For Davis & Cousin Read Boyd & Konchesky?

For Davis & Cousin Read Boyd & Konchesky?

I know it`s the close season and I know that all sorts of rumours do the rounds but this one has me stumped!

According to one eye-catching web site, Fulham would like to engage in swap deal with Glasgow Rangers.

Now common sense would suggest that the obvious swap would involve Steven Davis and our long term target Daniel Cousin.

You`d be wrong!

This particular site is advocating that we`re going to involve Paul Konchesky and Kris Boyd in a swap deal that may also involve the odd bit of cash exchanging hands.

Can anyone add any credibility to this rumour?

Or is it just nonsense?

do it. and while we'd need two replacement outside backs, let's get finnan and...maybe the american left back/winger eddie lewis from derby? he was impressive against england...

He used to play for Fulham old Lewis! first of all we would find it very difficult to find a left back as good as Konch, He is a very good player! However, I wouldn't mind us getting boyd instead of Cousin in the Davis deal! What do you expect from that "eye-catching web site" putney! lol

Konch is alright but nothing special, but I'd love to see Finnan and Lewis back at the Cottage - I think Eddie was given too few chances under Tigana and it'd be great to have him around.
