And Your Player of the Year Is?

There really is no point in letting our current poll continue for any longer.

Ever since the final candidates were announced and the poll made live there has not been any doubt as to who you, our readership, believe to be our Player of the Season.

Right from the word go, he`s been leading the pack by a considerable margin and nobody has remotely looked as if they`re going to run him close for the award.

Therefore, here at Vital Fulham, we are pleased to announce that our Player of the Season is Simon Davies.

The final results are listed below,

Simon Davies - 59%

Clint Dempsey - 14%

Jimmy Bullard - 10%

Brian McBride - 6%

Brede Hangeland - 5%

Kasey Keller - 3%

Paul Stalteri - 3%

Our congratulations go to Simon for having, probably, the best season of his career even though it was played out during a difficult period for the club.

Um what happened to that post by Cravenbabe?

It was removed because I won't have my editors abused or lied about. The editor here is not the editor of any other site and is working hard to build a great site here, not to be abused or have his hard work questioned by someone who has got his 'facts' totally wrong. Totally offensive comment that was 100% out of order. I would image this comes from another site trying to talk down the competition.

What have I missed?!?!?! Let's hope Simon's form continues! It looks like he's finally fulfilling his potential!

Good to see the admin's cracking down on idiots.. now if only the admin's could have done something about Sanchez.... anyway, Simon Davies was superb all season long, when Coleman bought him there were some who thought that Davies had one decent season and then had gone completely off the boil. Davies has proven all the doubters wrong and hopefully we can hold on to him in the summer!

Im really pleased for Simon Davies, who had a superb spell at Spurs before injury and following loss of form perhaps looked to have ended his hopes of achieving his full potential, after a few seasons of struggle , he seems to have adapted his game to possibly cope with his lost of pace and has obviously come back a better all round player.
