West Brom`s Gera a Target?

The season may be about to come to a dramatic finale with the heights of sheer elation and abject despair to come but already the media are starting to dabble into the world of reputed transfers this summer.

Today, one tabloid is candidly suggesting that we`d like to sign the West Bromwich Albion player Zoltan Gera.

Gera, at twenty-nine, is out of contract this summer and hasn`t so far, committed himself to another season at the Hawthorns.

Whether this is simply a ploy to force the hands of these who control such matters behind the scenes at West Brom remains to be seen.

However, if it is true, it would appear that we are in direct competition with Bolton Wanderers, now if you were Zoltan, who would you prefer to play for?

My view, for what it is worth - is that he'll stay at West Brom! Especially now they're promoted!

I guess you're right! But we can hope! I reckon he's, on his day, a class act!

Yeah but not prem qualtiy, unlike Super Lee Cook..... Where is he exactly

Lee Cook I heard may be returning to QPR next year which is a shame but simon davies has been fantastic on the left wing. Speaking from the perspective of football manager Zoltan is consistantly prem quality til he's 34.:)

Zoltan has been the driving force of the West Brom team and I would be very surprised to see him go! However I like him as a player. He works hard and has a bit of class to his game! He could come in to replace Murphy if he goes. But then where does Andreasen fit in with these plans? will we go back to 4-5-1 once we have the relegation worries behind us?

Lee Cook! Ah the forgotten Hoop!

I actually do rate Gera as a player, but I don't think you'll get him!
