Bullard on Birmingham!

Whilst that lot down the Fulham Road are celebrating reaching some final or other, it`s time for us lesser mortals to simply concentrate on staying up!

Saturday, in our cosy past of London, we face a do-or-die fixture against our relegation rivals Birmingham City.

Anything other than a victory will see the proverbial 'Fat Lady` belting out tune after tune as the Championship welcomes its latest ex-Premier League club.

The playing staff are acutely aware of this fact and Jimmy Bullard, has spoken out about the importance of the fixture proclaiming,

"Birmingham are in the same position as us, we`re breathing down their necks so it`s got to be an absolute cracker."

"It`s going to be huge, probably one of the biggest games I`ve been involved in - and you can`t expect it to be easy."

After being kept awake by the shenanigans going on down at Stamford Bridge last night, wouldn`t it be great to be bale to have our own little party knowing that with Birmingham beaten our own meeting with fate will await us at Fratton Park a week on Sunday!

But then you can catch Bolton!

Reading have Derby last game of the season. If they win that we can still go ahead of them at the end if we win against brum and pompey thanks to our better goal difference!!
oranje_emu

We better hope that spurs and Derby put up a fight but pompy are too distraced with silver where, wear, were? The FA Cup
