Collins John returns

Collins John has returned after an unsuccessful loan spell at Watford due to injury.

Collins John has been forced to return after he tore a thigh muscle last week. It was decided that for all concerned that the best place for treatment would be a return to the Cottage.

Collins John arrived back in 2004 from FC Twente. However, after a bright start the forward hasn't seen many chances at Fulham after a falling out with Cookie and the incompetence of Sanchez.

I have always rated John (specially as he always turns out to be a super striker in my PES games!!) as our next Saha. He has the pace, skill, strength and ability to be a top class player. It seems however that unfortunately he knows this too well and doesn't seem to put in the effort.

With a manager that can actually coach (with his vast experience) I believe the best can be drawn out of John.

So, please Roy, give the boy a chance! Work with him and I'm sure he'll come good.

I do agree with the sentiment expressed. We sold Saha to Man Utd, suddenly we have nothing going forward, Coleman brings in Collins John.. BANG... two goals in, I believe, his first or second game wasn't it? I saw him play in that game and for the rest of that season, he was bloody brilliant and I couldn't believe Coleman had found our new Saha! Since then its gone pear shaped for John and it looks like its his own poor attitude thats made it all go wrong. If he can convince RH that he's good enough and knuckles down to his work CJ could be a new Saha for us. This is his last chance for Fulham in my opinion. Its clear other clubs that have taken CJ on loan have had problems with him, he needs to sort his attitude out

He's had injury problems of late. Like I said he looked good in pre-season. A kick up the arse and a run in the first team might be what the doctor ordered.

Great we have a decent player back, who's injured and has a bad attitude just what we need in a relegation fight
