'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Roy has had enough!!

Roy has stated in the build up to our vital game against Liverpool that he will not deserve to be sacked if we do fail to beat the drop.

Hodgson has overseen just three victories in 14 matches since succeeding he who shall not be named in December and resent reports have stated he will be axed if Fulham go down.

But the former Inter Milan boss insists he should be allowed to see out his contract.

'For me to lose my job would not be a deserved fate given the way my staff and I have been doing our work.

'The work we have done has been good and the players have responded to it. I think I've done a good job.

'It's demeaning to have to consistently come in and tell people why you should be allowed to fulfil your contract.'

Here here! I feel Roy has been fantastic since arriving. He has coped with the large but rather poor squad left by the 'previous manager' and the performances on the pitch have been far better. He deserves to show his critics that he can make it in English football.

Its recent, not resent, unless he has re-sent some communications somewhere. Got a spell checker ?
SingSong
thanks for pointing that out there SingSong. School boy error!

Totally agree oranje_emu! Roy has to stay whatever happens - he's pure class and he has loads of contacts in most UEFA countries, v. useful for signing new players. We must remember he has only been in the job 3.5 months and he inherited a poor squad where even the good players were totally demoralised! Viva el Roy!
KingLegwinski
I agree with him.

RH is a superb manager, we must keep him and anyone who thinks we should sack him is bonkers...
