It`s All About Confidence!

It`s All About Confidence!

After giving ourselves a chance of staying up with that win at Reading, we`d imagine that the confidence within the camp has risen ten-fold.

Like Simon Davies says in a quote below,

"Coming in the last few Mondays when we haven`t won, the training ground has not been a very nice place. Now we can have a good week`s training and give ourselves half a chance."

Life as a professional footballer can have its ups and downs, just as life as a supporter can.

In life people are very cruel, they always extract the urine when you lose but hide when you win. This season there has been urine extracted by the gallon as we`ve plummeted down the table.

This Monday, just like the players, I imagine a fair few Fulham supporters bounced into work full of the joys of spring.

However, it`s important we stay focussed, that new found confidence will evaporate if we lose to Liverpool but like Roy Hodgson has remarked,

"It was important to stay in the race. We did it at Reading, and we did it in the right way by playing football from the first to the last minute. This performance has given me a lot of encouragement."

It`s given us all encouragement Roy, encouragement to keep urging the team on in the hope that we can pull it off!
