Hodgson - Cause for Hope!

Only a die-hard Fulham supporter could have believed that yesterday was the day we`d get that elusive first away win since September 2006.

The fact that it has kick-started our fight to escape relegation has made it even sweeter.

Instead of having a solemn face all week there will be just a little smile breaking out occasionally on my face.

However, with four games to go we need to still win them all to stave off relegation and in his post match interview Roy Hodgson was naturally a little cautious, remarking,

"This result gives me a lot more encouragement. This was a very important win."

"If we continue to play like this it will give us cause to believe that our task is not quite impossible - just extremely difficult."

Liverpool next up, bring them on!

To win at reading was a fantastic result, specially with the fact that Reading have a pretty good home record. Of course we will beat liverpool!! Dempsey to scoret the single goal in a 1-0 win!! lol

I can only imagine how your season would have gone differently if McBride had been fit throughout. I hope you stay up as an American. Good luck!
